Order Collection
Orders can be collected by appointment from Fortitude Valley, Brisbane between 9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays between 10:00am and 10:30am. Please select 'Local Pick Up - Fortitude Valley' as your shippnig option during checkout. We will email the address details upon receipt of your order.

Additional costs and/or delays may occur during international trade
Most international orders will be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the postage cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding your country's imported goods value threshold and fees and taxes that may be applicable. Customs clearance procedures can cause delivery delays and should be taken into account.
Despatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm (AEST) time will be shipped on the same day.
Items purchased after this time on weekdays, at weekends or on public holidays will be posted the next business day.
Delivery Address
Most parcels require a signature on delivery and will be taken to your local post office if no one is available when delivery is attempted. We recommend sending your order to your workplace if you will not be home during the day to avoid any delays in receiving your order. Please ensure you include the company name to avoid delays.
Once your order is despatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Parcels are fully traceable via the Australia Post website (excluding some International orders) offering real-time scanning information throughout the parcel's route to its delivery destination.
