“So I just want to share my recent experience with this company. Last pay day I had a bit of money left over and was told to buy myself something nice. So I jumpped onto the the site and chose some of these clothes, added three things to the cart, and put everything I need in to do afterpay and waited for my tracking number. I received the number and would check every day to see where it was, as I had paid the extra to make it express, I was ever so happy to see that it has arrived at the post office and was waiting to be picked up. I turned my car around after driving the five minutes out of town and went to pick it up. I saw the package and just felt so happy to know I would have some amazing clothes to wear. Only to find that there had been a mistake.
Although upset, I had later received an email about the mix up (I had been out all day in town and hadnt had the chance to call them or email) and they fixed everything up, paid for the postage and even sent another email with an update on what was happening with my clothes. I have brought from this shop before, but this has been the best service from any place I have shopped at before. So I would just like to say a big thank you to this amazing company, everyone has a bad day and makes mistakes, but the way you have handled this is amazing and just so rewarding to know how genuine the team behind the scene are. Again, thank you so very very much. I cant wait for my package to arrive on Monday or Tuesday with my clothes. You guys are the best. Would definitely rate 10 out of 10”
