I just wanted to say that you are an absolutely wonderful company who I always feel comfortable buying from.  I bought some items, tried them on and realised they were too big.  Before even returning them I bought and received the smaller size (which I love and will definitely keep) knowing that you process returns so quickly and without any trouble at all.  It makes me feel very confident and comfortable in buying from you, safe in the knowledge that if something doesn't fit/doesn't suit I can easily return it and replace it with something that does.
